If you are fortunate enough to receive a voucher for a wine tasting day at Bookers you are in for a wonderful treat. They certainly know how to look after their guests. The day is spent finding out about the history of Bookers Vineyard and how a working vineyard and winery operate. The staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable and enjoy sharing their wealth of knowledge. At the end of the tour a delicious Sussex buffet lunch/supper awaits (depending upon the time of the day), made with only the finest local ingredients, and you leave armed with a complimentary bottle of Bookers wine.
All in all, a day at Bookers is truly a day to remember.

We do offer a complimentary drive to the vineyard on the day of the tour. This enables our guests to saunter back to Broxmead Paddock via the footpath opposite the vineyard and on to either of the two village pubs we have in Bolney. The walk back can take anything from half an hour to three hours depending upon the amount of wine which has been “tasted!” If you are making a reservation with us and you would like to take advantage of the offer of being driven to the vineyard please mention this at the time of booking. Oh, and by the way, should you give in to temptation and purchase one or several bottles of Bookers excellent selection of wine during your tour of the vineyard, please just mention to the staff where you are staying and the wine will be delivered back to Broxmead Paddock for you, usually arriving home before you do!
